    I am not sure on your analysis of cashflow. Cashflow depends on the business model - SBB for example has a simple retail model so you would expect positive cashflow quarter to quarter at the operational level. The internet disrupters are the perfect businesses with outstanding cashflow (REA, SEK...). UOS is a property developer so cashflow is lumpy, averaging over 2 years of a development cycle is a good approach and the assets side of the balance sheet needs deeper analysis. I think in DDR's we see skinny margins and resulting irregualar cashflow. I have no particular view but would prefer to invest where cash is more predictable. I still watch with interest and will invest in DDR if I see the margin maintained.
