Before the ED acquisition, David dicker mentioned hitting 4m of revenue per employee. That figure is ridiculously good, especially given they drop low margin products (I.e. apple)
As for the share price, I don't see how this plays into how attractive it is to be taken over - unless I'm misunderstanding your post
And I really hope noone buys it out... It's hard to find companies like this (even if it is low margin - it has good management)
