Well, their policy is to pay out 3.85c a quarter every quarter fully franked, which grosses up to 5.5c. My expectation is that in the fourth quarter they will pay out a greater or smaller amount than this when the full year profit is known. So if you hold $100,000 worth of DDR stock you can expect a return of $3,064 gross per quarter, with a different amount in Q4. (Based on current price of 179.5c)
