I've been reading reviews on glass door which has consistently negative comments from former and current TPG employees with a lot of staff mentioning buying pens requiring CEO approval and having to fill out timesheets. A lot of Iinet employees are also finding it difficult to transition from an open culture to a teoh led dictatorship.
Anyone with inside info to corroborate these claims?
As a shareholder I'm keen to understand the employee and management views on the culture of the company.
