Your missing the point. This could happen to all TPG customers. My comments about the TPG experience are far more important than the pretend discussing of business deals TPG does.

The customers are not robots or ants, they have brains and will tell all their friends about the experience.

I have talked to only a handful of my customers about iinet they also shared their terrible experiences. One works at a law firm who tried to set up an iinet service for the new offices. The boss a lawyer gave up with the iinet call centre as they cannot handle anything but the simplest of tasks(being generous), he moved the whole company to another provider. This is happening all over Australia.

No one on HC is giving more prudent knowledge about TPG than I.
