I've had really good customer service from iinet as a personal customer (ADSL 2+) AND TPG as a business customer (20/20 EFM Line).
We had a line issue back in December and they pretty much sent someone out straight away to rectify it.
The fact that you're still with TPG despite all these issues means I should thank you for helping to improve their bottom line. Maybe you're still with TPG because you're under contract? If so then bad luck.
At the end of the day a business is always going to have a mix of happy and unhappy customers. I'm satisfied with the mix that TPG has. Just bad luck that you have not had good service.
It's not very nice of you to say that "No one on HC is giving more prudent knowledge about TPG than I". There are many others on HC giving as much if not more prudent knowledge about TPG than you.
