A seven billion dollar company cannot be swayed by HC comments. I am stuck in a long position about 10% down, I have sold over half of my holding for a small loss as I have lost faith in TPG. I am aware some of their competitors are almost as bad. TPG may be ok but severe competition is happening now as I have learned while looking for a new sim plan.
The main issue is iinet for the company as their customers expect to be treated like humans not dogs. Though TPG itself will not be growing in my opinion. Why would you switch when Optus has a better $40 plan and you can talk to an Aussie after the Philippines stuff up your account.
I have done all the research on the customer level. Business deals level is guesswork from the sidelines to an extent which is why i say my advice is more prudent.
Trading the chart long at times on TPG is not out of the question for me but investing, no thanks!
