The devil is in the detail. I have been reading many complaints from customers from different providers. Some are just fussy, impatient people, some have an issue that is half their fault and are not being fair... Inherent, systematic problems are what i'm talking about. If you read the detail of what i said there are big problems.

Part of my anger is im sick of small business and others suffering at the hands of the telcos. Cant we focus on our business? Communications are old tech now and should be taken for granted. Instead we spend weeks waiting for internet to be connected and hours on the phone trying to fix telcos fk ups.

Anyway lets make some money... TPG entering the buy zone imo. Short term trade buy bottom of bollinger band sell top of band seems to be the trade.
