I appreaciate you are entitled to your opinion, and your own criteria for investing in a company.

Mine is different obviously, and let me say is well accepted as being market norms.

Yours is contra to that well accepted view.

I must say, that I gave all directors the benefit of the doubt in assuming that they have actually paid for the listed shares. It is entirely possible that they may have been part of a salary package or just given at no consideration.

Which would make it even worse and more important that they buy shares in the SPP.
