"The priority of the Directors is to take action to restore shareholder value for all Shareholders. Following completion of the rights issue, the Company intends to investigate acquisition and investment opportunities to achieve this objective. The Directors expect to consider opportunities across a range of sectors which may take the Company away from its recent biotechnology focus and could include opportunities in other sectors.

Any decision regarding any material investment or acquisition will be subject to shareholder approval and compliance with ASX requirements, including, if required by ASX recompliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules."
