The permitting of the mine is a State Government decision. The Dargues Reef Environmental Assessment (EA) presents detailed studies into a range of issues including water, tailings, noise, ecology, traffic etc. The EA has recently come off Public Exhibition and we are currently addressing submissions to the Department from individuals, groups, and government agencies such as local Council, and will be responding in due course. This is all part of an ongoing process and there is nothing to disclose, these sorts of issues are typical of any impending mining operation.
