did anyone else notice?, page-5

It was just an observation, but having said that I personally believe the Redback may not be in the mix, have you noticed how similar the Redback and the Firestorm really are? there are two main differences that I can think of!

1/ The firestorm is much lighter

2/ the Firestorm is built wholly by metalstorm, except for the targeting and sighting module, which could be supplied by EOS but it could also just as easily be supplied by Kronsberg, which may suit the US DoD? as they would then have the same system on all of its CROWS, that is of course if Firestorm is chosen for MPM but also be used for RPG defense?

I don't know if anyone here remembers the bunfight either here on SS about who would get the lions share of the money from Redback? those from the EOS camp were saying they would because they made the biggest part of it and those from the MST camp said they would because metalstorm had the enabling technology, well now there is no doubt whatsoever who will get the lions share is there? and make no mistake these baby's won't come cheap and neither will the ammo, it will be another revenue stream for MST and one that will not be sneezed at.
