Had a similar bad experience also but with other shares holding.
when I enquire about where is my holdings details update and no offer for SPP like I got from CommSec and Other standard brokers, it rang a bell that my portfolio is held there like a CFD style!
Real hassle to ask for transfer them out! Real incompatible when filling in the transfer form with others!
So I sold all and get out and away! Lucky it is only a small one as I just want to tryout the platform!
