Hey Biggs,

It's only a profit if you close your position.

More upside to this.

Surprised I bought two parcels after the ANN with no competition.

That was at 10% discount.

Playing it safe has its benefits but so does having a go.

Hoping for a 15 to 1 but 12...

Who knows what is going on between these guys but the takeover looks more and more certain.

Money and business is corrupt but I shall donate some of these gains.
