    An Investor Group led by Robert Champion de Crespigny, Ron Walker and investment bank Carnegie Wylie will inject $6.5 million into BKA in return for 42.23 million BKA shares(30.5% of expanded capital).
    RCDC, Walker and John Wylie to join the board of BKA.

    Company intends to maximise value of Lady Annie and Lady Loretta projects and participate actively in the current mining resurgence through judicious investments.
