Common in this area Punter. If you go back to late last year most companies inc Santos were held up due to floods. Just one of those things. I know Santos has built elevated roads which some of the current access rd to Growler is also elevated, to try and minimise this occurrence. Prodcution didn't stop either. It was on natural flow, although I agree this was very low in comparison. Also the tanks got full as trucks couldn't get in and out.
