If anyone knew when the next phase (2b or 3) would start then we'd all know. Because they'd have to announce it. The evidence suggest IMO that there will be a next phase and in the world of spec biotech that is all we can hope for. This isn't as simple as switching your factory to produce hand sanitizer instead of drinks. This is something no one has done before. There is talk of a holy grail because it is...not from a share price but just how that could change the world.
