Don't buy into this utter rubbish, Islam is an independent religion founded by Muhammad who is the absolute equal of Jesus. All religions are full of ritual and iconography.

Muhammad (with many spellings) was an actual person although married for a while to a well off catholic nun who interpreted his 'dreams/visions' hence no doubt some familiar stuff as relates to the bible 'dreamtime'.. His wife who he apparently remained faithful to until she died (she was much older than him) .Now that Mohammed had an inheritance (she had the the purse strings) he then became a sex fanatic - had 6 wives with some as young as 9 - you do not have to believe me ..................just do some research !!! At least Mohammed was actually a human being.
