did ceo save ckk by acquiring globedrill?

I was talking last night to someone who had worked for a Schlumberger type company out of Singapore and I was lamenting about the problems with the CLRS. He said that it was not unusual for unproven technology by a small-cap start-up to NOT SUCCEED and get a foot-hold in the market. The RISK FACTOR of failure is the major "stumbling block" and PROSPECTVE USERS simply stay with "proven technology" until SOME-ONE ELSE proves it to be VIABLE. It is possible that Nanne discovered this early into his job and therefore went looking for another avenue to keep the company afloat. By acquiring Globedrill along with the PROVEN trackrecord of Warren Strange, he may have breathed NEW LIFE into a business that could have FOLDED.It's NOT that there is anything wrong with the CLRS technology...IT SIMPLY HASN'T BEEN PROVEN....YET.....that's my "2 bobs" worth...KEEP SMILING...LEE
