I think they say what they mean and mean what they say. That was my take on their stance at Copenhagen. They are not swayed by spin, politics or theatrics.
One of the causes of difference between us on AGW/ETS is that in my view if we reduce our production of Aluminium/Alumina the same amount will still be produced and consumed. Production will mainly move to China.
