    Hi Columbia,

    It appears they have been selling it down on behalf of someone. If Citi had the intention of dumping their holding you would think they would continue to dump at $1.30 much like THX not buy more.

    They may have been capping the sp of UMC prior to the lead up to the takeover annoucement in my opinion.
