    The offer is only for shareholders, if you don't hold shares you are not allowed to take part in the offer even if you are a director.

    It has already been highlighted to you that only one director holds MRC shares, the prospectus details he was taking part. Once the shares have been issued under the offer, we will see a change of director holding.
