The 100,000 subscriber number was known before being announced to market by EM1. Given the material nature of this number (EM1 paying half prize costs etc), would this constitute a lack of disclosure by EM1?
I was considering jumping in for a trade on this information, but the potential risk of suspension is too high for my tolerance. Traders have been taking full advantage of this stock, about it’s only use in my opinion.
