Again no downramping, people who look at this share (holders or not) should know there is (given the current information out there at this time) risk of -

EM1 getting screwed by their pyramid scheme buddies in some way
Crowd1 and affiliated entities being banned in more countries
A more reputable and mainstream media outlet doing an investigation on Crowd1
EM1 being investigated/having to sever ties with Miggster

Those who say an investigation isn't possible, you really think ASIC and ASX prefer a publicly listed company whose main revenue is through an alledged international pyramid scheme? Watch what happens if one of the first three scenarios happen and you have investors with pitchforks screaming at the ASX as they lose capital.

Good luck, I hope EM1 find another partner and ditch Crowd1 asap. An Australian company on the ASX should not be associated with them, and definitely shouldn't not be financially linked.
