That is really interesting.

I interpret that statement to mean that OZL saw better value elsewhere. i.e. that CGG, when compared to other companies OZL is looking at did not provide as good a return to shareholders.

What does this tell me?

1. That OZL business development is not rushing to buy the first thing that come along.
2. It is being disciplined and not spooked by the market "to spend the cash"
3. It has multiple options to pick from.
