They claim they couldn't have excercise more without triggering 20% ownership automatic t/o offer provisions.
If most of the options had been excercised they would have been able to convert more because of the dilution.
Agree there are continual disappointments , but at least fairmont have stumped up another 1.5 million and have a lot of skin in the game..Can't have been easy to do that with the sp at 2c!
