SYP management think they have a strong chance of enforcing their patent- essentially they have won similar cases so I don't see why they shouldn't win this one. The case is being heard in Beijing and not out in the sticks where bribery could be an issue.
Interesting trades going on..everytime a buyer comes along (albeit for relatively small sums at 2c) they are met and then a sell order appears often under the last price. In the last update it was clear Merim was continuing to sell down its holding. I wonder about the VWAP on the 10 million in Con notes.. if the s.p stayed here then come July they might have to issue about 500 million shares which would be 5 to 1 dilution and existing management lose control.. Obviously they are going to try something ot avoid that.
For under 45k you can become a top 20 shareholder- whether that would be wise is debatable..Best go to one of these briefings in March and hear what they have to say.
