Look if you cant follow it i'll explain it to you, TA knew damn well he was pushing it uphill in trying to get the nod from the alp independents/greens so he needed to offer up big in order to win.
Poor ole Julia and swanny had nfi (par for the course on every issue) about the strong position they were in and thought that they should do whatever it takes to win over the alp independents/greens...thing is they didn't need to do anything as they were always going to side with them....
as you so kindly told us....yes they are dimwits!!!
