Tonio, the Scripture in Exodus is referring to the Father, not the Son.
Jesus taught his disciples to direct their prayers to the Father, not to himself.

The Son did not 'grasp at equality with God' according to the Phil 2:6 reference you quoted.
(Philippians 2:9) For this very reason, God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every other name,
He was granted immortality, "a superior position" because of his obedience to his Father.
MrG, Phil 2:6 is at the conception of Jesus. He was the Word made flesh. The Word that was God, The Son of God, emptied himself and became man. Phil 2:9 is after the resurrection
