If God knew beforehand that the road rule would be broken, ie, it was preordained, then there was no alternative and the "decision" is entirely an illusion. You are merely the actor going through the motions and unaware that you are an actor.
Your "hooness" was preordained at the beginning of time and there is no free will involved.
If our lives are preordained, there is no reason to make an effort at anything. Because it would happen (or not happen) anyway.
Trouble is, if I decide to do nothing today, nothing will happen here.
No need to write in to have my speeding ticket reviewed... it's been decided already.
It's a cop-out for faillures.
