Dan, not sure of the article you're referring to but do they say if any of the properties mentioned were sold at a loss or less than what they were purchased for or do they only talk about median sale value dropping due to higher volume of low value sales in FHB bracket?
'pockets', i might be wrong, but i think refers to how they break down a state into areas of suburbs, where results always vary between them from not so good to excellent value gain.
