    "cut in revenue from SEW may scare some." SEW was a problem that has now been fixed by the sale.

    I think the only problem with the sale is they have not announced what they are going to do with it. Paying down debt may be a contractual problem.

    But with SEW now gone, and the Epic asset being Epic they would surely be the hunted.
