As we know Selciper, on June 12 HSL “secured” 4.98% of ARL at $0.12 a share bid.
From June to now, 4.98% trickle swells alarmingly.
We also know of very intensive efforts made by PIFAG to counter this
off-market takeover.
It seems much unappreciated, as these efforts went down the drain the way PIF’s
”direct-member participation” aka Apathy always decides our fate.
Make no mistake, we as members share in the blame for this negative outcome.
Dgenny’s largesse, as extended to hired actors, to “new investors @10 cents dilution” etc.
