It really depends on the price you are willing to pay for said freedoms. Looking at other countries experience with delta the price could be anywhere between quite a few deaths in the vulnerable and unknown younger and middle aged to total failure and overload of the hospital system with many front line health workers ill or worse. Time will tell if it is worth locking down properly and supporting people financially. They are trying a bet each way which may bite them hard!
