Time to buy some beaten up stocks...
SOH comes to mind... sold off recently, can't think of any other reason other than tax sellers... recently had some good announcements + recent sellers have all been small parcels.
Also the reverse applies to stocks that have risen... e.g. ASC, some people who are sitting on large paper profits might be waiting till next week to sell.
Either way, effect probably magnified in the small cap stocks.
