God is a Spirit = The Holy Spirit and Jesus tells us in the NT that God's word is Spirit, hence or why the term the Word Speaks and the Spirit speaks as they are one in the same and that is the One God as in a singular identity.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word = Spirit/Word and God (not Jesus) was this Spirit/Word.

I also get inspired from time to time (to some extend depends on the people I hang out with). Does not mean God is speaking to me.
