yep, MM, like a gutter crawler desperate for cash..management has stuffed up too much over last 6 months..the TW deal is just not good enough...why oh why didn't they wait..there was no hurry to make the deal anywhichway...should have got at least 500 mill in cash and 200 mill worth of AOE shares at a fixed price..let a rather big fish get away with only the tail end left on the beach...not skilled in patient fishing for the best deal reggie and co is i'm afraid...results can be observed over last two weeks under performance of sp...bargain take over by a cashed up predator coming to your screen on the beach soon...discounted tickets too plenty available...HDR deja vu...cheers, anywhichway
