I have just been thinking about how to better align management's and shareholders' interests.
I'm not sure what the renumeration package of Reg, etc is like, but what I would like to see is a large portion of directors, etc salary/bonuses being paid in out-of-the-money options, say at $1.20, $1.50 and a truck-load at $2.00 strike-prices.
I don't think anyone would complain if Reg exercised a truckload of options at $2.00 - we as shareholders would have enjoyed some long-lacking capital gains.
Clark - how about raising this at the next meeting?
How long has it been since any of the directors bought any script on market? The directors need to show a bit of faith by putting a bit of skin in, as they say.
