    In the annual report released today, it shows Mark Paton received cash and salary of $616919 for 2013.



    ~$617k seems an awful lot for 4 months .

    He "resigned" one day before the 2012 AGM without any prior notice being given to shareholders.

    There was an abnormal blowout in Dec qtr admin expenses. $2.1mil compared to av $1.1mil/qtr for the other 3 quarters.

    Seems to me he was sacked and received a severance payment.
    If so, I think it should be reported that way.

    Am I misreading it ?
