PW has a week of the indicated leave left but of course that could change depending on the condition and progress recovery. Not sure how the relations bw PW and the Chair are. In any case, the market has been aware that PW tenure was coming to and end as CEO at some point in the near future. I'm now of the opinion that this could be a good thing but no knock on what PW has achieved. So either way it will be onwards and maybe upwards whether PW comes back with renewed vigour and determination to see out the next 12 months on a high or he's not in the condition to carry on as CEO and perhaps sits on the board. We'll know when they tell us of course.
