negotiations occur with the coal supplier and the power station regarding the price of coal and these price are contractually locked in
"so this suggests you work in a coal generation plant, nothing more." ......... and yet all coal generation wholesalers put up their prices around the nation all on the same day and state clearly that the increase is due to the rising thermal coal spot price.....
so with the evidence of the price rise, do you continue to reject the rise is due to spot price rises?
