The ASX rose strongly from 2003 to 2006 during the three years you have missed. On purpose?
For the ASX 2003 +9.3%, 2004 +22.7%, 2005 +17.6%, 2006 +19% and 2007 +11.8%.
During those years the ASX soared above the returns seen in the US, driven by commodities.
