I believe that the opposition party is doing just that however the right of the people to be heard is also paramount in our democracy and not have their views squashed by a government and its supporters.
All should be heard however it is only the government spending tax payers money in this cancer on democracy fashion.
The people are interested as it affects their future. The people will decide the fate of this government and if you fear the result then that is indeed unfortunate for you.
Rudd will be gone and so will this poor excuse of a lying thieving government.

sounds like the words of a beaten man. Blame everyone else instead of accepting where the failure really lays.
The mining tax fiasco is simply the straw that broke the camels back.
Labor has one slim chance and that is to flick Rudd very very soon.
