    - though your comments appear a tad self serving - its funny isn't it that Labor couldn't/wouldn't prosecute its own industrial relations position - or are Labor and the unions one and the same (rhetorical question really)

    I'd be pretty sure the Liberals would claim the unions campaign was deceptive,alarmist and targetted to harm the perception of the government. I make this comment irrespective whether the policy was right or wrong but merely in respect to 3rd party (non political - lol)intervention.

    I guess, in the respect, what is good for the goose is good for the gander in a democracy.
