    correct me if im wrong but hasnt LIO been reconstructed 100 for 1 so should be .30, if so some poor bugga has not realised this & has dumped 3mil! at .004 lol very lucky buyer & the seller will be pulling there hair out just shorted $90,000 of stock lol
