I already sold into the post covid panic buying, so far timed pretty much to perfection which in a market like real estate is really more luck than anything to be honest. But you kids dreaming of a crash are going to find out the hard way if property does indeed crash, you won't have any money to buy anyway when you don't have a job because the economy dies with property(in your case given your acknowledgements this morning about your spending habits you would never have any money regardless)
