    I think there are a few factors at play.

    1. TIS is about to get a lot more active with the FDA trials. Everything for the last 18-20 months has been pretty static, but given the results for the EU approval trials I think people would be pretty confident of a good result. Participating in trials gives the company chances to make announcements and we all know specs are announcement driven.

    2. EU Approval is not far off (barring any blindsiders)

    3. On a wider macro scale - I think we are going to go through a speculative rally in the markets. All last year was about chasing yield - money in the bank does less than nothing and you can borrow the stuff at historically low rates. Now prices have been driven up on the yielding stocks the money is going to flow to the speculative end. Biotech being one of those. Be warned, the speculative rally can be a pre-cursor to a crash or correction so set some tight stops or expect a bumpy ride.

    Sell depth is drying out which is good to see.
