2 contradicting view of the CR
for;
raise before X'mas
opportunistic with RBS marketing parcel to their clients therefore exposure
spreading the register
comfortable cash balance even with the DFS and preliminary work
against;
less dilution if DFS or JORC is out anticipating appreciation of share price
For me I am satisfied with the CR as they were more pros than cons. Can anyone think of other reasons?
