I'm with you on this - while I believe the article from Holter is very good (and for mine all of his are) .
I think the suggestion that it was caused deliberately by use of a tactical nuc is over the top.
Having said that, it was extraordinary - recorded by (general, not specific spy) satellites, and registering on earthquake monitoring devices around the world.
