I am also preplexed by data on CNN Money showing the Hang Seng RISING by 3.3%. Maybe it's from a previous day and it's a public holiday in HK. I don't know how important this market is in the world context, unless, if correct, it's a reflection of China's COMPARATIVE stabilty in world financial markets.
